The house has 3 suites, we rent the suites separately or the whole house. In addition to this structure, we have another house on the land next door with structure and comfort in the same standard. The two houses comfortably accommodate 12 people, thus making it possible to host larger groups. We were very well received by the hosts who became our friends. The accommodations are very good and impeccably clean. Quality bed and bath linen, a lot of care in the decoration and organization. The assistant did the cleaning daily and was also very helpful and friendly. We were able to take our pet, which was also very well received. The house and hosts exceeded our expectations. House rates start at 2:00 pm. The departure regardless of the entry time will be at 12:00 (noon), after this time a new daily rate is characterized. If you wish to stay longer, check availability of rates in advance.

Housekeeping hours are from 8 am to 2 pm from Monday to Friday. On Saturday housekeeping hours are from 8am to 10am and on Sunday we do not offer this service.
If you do not want the service, please inform the maid.
Every 3 days bed and bath linen are changed. Towels are for the exclusive use of Casa Clareia suites, it is expressly forbidden to take towels from the house to the beach or pool.
Extra, extremely dirty or damaged bed linen or towels will be charged per piece.

Children must wear diapers to prevent damage to mattresses.
Use the bathroom wastebasket, do not throw toilet paper or sanitary pads in the toilet.
When leaving, always turn off the lights, TV, air conditioning and fan.
Loud sound that may disturb the tranquility of neighbors is not allowed.
Bring to our attention any irregularity in the premises of the house.
Indemnify any losses or damages caused to the house. For example: loss or breakage of keys.
We are not responsible for damage or theft of valuables left inside or outside the house.
